Booking Process
---------------------
- Click Book Now at the top right of this page (inside the menu on mobile).
- Choose your appointment time, please carefully check the Date/Month selected.
- Pay the deposit.
- You will receive a consultation form via text within 24 hours.
- Complete and return the consultation form within 48 hours for booking confirmation.
- Attend your appointment and pay the remaining balance with cash or card.
- To change or cancel, please do so more than 24 hours in advance by clicking "Book Now" and using the "Log In" option with your mobile number.

Appointments are by prior booking online only. I accept bookings up to 5 weeks in advance. Please note that same-day appointments are not available.

Kaews Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

- Bookings are made online more than 12 hours before the appointment time and require a £20 deposit. Same day appointments are not available.

- You will need to confirm that you are fit and healthy enough for Thai massage. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether Thai massage is suitable for you; Kaews cannot give medical advice or assess your suitability for massage. Massage is not a replacement for medical treatment. Appointments are subject to safety screening.

- All appointment details are sent via email after you complete your consultation to confirm your booking.

- Returning clients should inform me if any relevant health condition has changed before each appointment. You can manage your account contact details by clicking "Book Now" at the top of www.kaews.co.uk and then "Log In" in the top right corner.

- Kaews does not offer pregnancy massage at this time and cannot provide an appointment for massage if you are currently pregnant. Unfortunately, the treatment room is not wheelchair accessible.

- There is no waiting area or toilet facilities.

- Parking is available. 24-hour CCTV is in operation, and no cash is kept on the premises. Kaews will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during an appointment. All appointments are at Kaews discretion. Kaews reserves the right to refuse or cancel any treatment or appointment. A strict zero-tolerance policy is enforced against inappropriate or abusive remarks and behavior.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Gift vouchers can be used to book online. Appointments are subject to availability, so please book in advance.

- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Expiry dates are not extendable, and vouchers that have expired cannot be accepted. Gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

- Kaews is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers are not valid with any other offer. Vouchers can only be used once and must be redeemed in full; no refund is possible for partially used vouchers or unused vouchers. Additional fees may apply for alterations. Once used to place a booking, the normal cancellation policy applies, and the voucher is treated as a deposit.
